Connecting the Coolant Supply Line
For the Pump Station, connect a transparent coolant
hose to the barbed fitting as shown in the
photograph at right. Route the hose through the hole
shown at
on page 53.
Connect the other end of
the coolant hose to the coolant valve connection as
specified by the generator manufacturer.

on page 53.
Connect
the other end of the coolant hose to the coolant valve connection as
specified by the generator manufacturer.

Connecting the Coolant Drain Line
Consult the generator manufacturer’s specifications and drain line fitting
location.
Connect the drain pipe to the drain fitting specified by the generator
manufacturer.
An open hole is provided to fit the DN100/4” drain pipe into the Machine
front section. A rubber gasket is supplied fitted to the open hole.
Remove the rubber gasket before inserting the pipe into the Machine and
follow these steps:
Remove the gasket from the hole on the side.
Apply liquid soap to the un-flanged pipe end and slide the pipe through
the gasket.
Pass the flanged end of the pipe through the hole shown at
on page 53
and fit the gasket to the open
hole.
Fit a DN100 90° elbow to the DN100 pipe so that it fits against the
opposite interior wall of the front section of the Machine.
Make sure that the drain line maintains a constant gradient of
approximately 2% (2cm/1m of pipe run) with minimal turns and without
restriction to diameter.
