Locate the diagonal notch on the DRAM IC. This notch must
face the transformer when installed in the appropriate socket.
WARNING: If the DRAM ICs are installed in backwards, they will
be damaged and become inoperable.

Line up the pins of each DRAM IC with the 20 holes in the
socket. Hold the DRAM IC straight up so that pins are
perpendicular to the holes. Push down on the DRAM IC until it
is firmly seated in the holes. Be careful not to bend pins or miss
holes.

If a DRAM IC needs to be removed, pull straight up and away
from the holes. Be careful not to bend pins.
8.
Once memory expansion has been completed, replace the
cover of the unit and the 4 phillips-head screws that hold it.
Apply power to the unit. The upgrade is now complete.
9.
To verify memory upgrade, enter the configuration mode (see
Section 8
of the owner's manual.). The installed memory will be
displayed in the main configuration menu.
