FAILURE

AC FAILURE

Situation: The AC adapter is not functioning correctly.

If another action is occurring at the same time, the pump displays the message

AC FAILURE

in the second line of the screen.

NOTE:

The pump will continue to operate on battery power if the AC adapter fails. If the battery
power is low, the

AC ADAPTER FAILURE

condition could become an ALARM and

stop the infusion.

Action:

Make sure the AC adapter is plugged into the pump and the power outlet
properly.

Try a different power outlet.

If the alert condition persists, replace the AC adapter.
