Monitoring functions
The following table lists all monitoring functions of the power unit. A description of each
monitoring function you will find on the following pages
1)
The V-controller display this accumulative error message when there is an error in the feed module. Which
error has occurred is shown by the respective LED on the unit’s front side.
2)
Trigger the reset input (+24V and M24V applied at X99AB, optocoupler input).
or
cut off +24V-supply voltage.
That way
all
messages of the feed unit will be erased!
If you react on the WARNING you will have the possibility, to bring the drive into a defined operational status,
before the power module erases the "ready-for-use feed module" message and switches to powerless state.
3)
Not possible by use of the reset input! For safety reasons you must wait, until the DC link is discharged (U
ZK
< 20 V). After that you can switch off the +24V-power supply.
That way
all
messages of the feed unit will be erased!
4)
The message must be erased by a reset of the controller.
Display and erasure of the message is described in the controllers documentation
5)
A message only appears, when the safety relay is switched off. The safety relay is switched off, when the
+24V-supply voltage is not present at the relay.
Before you are enabled to erase the message by a reset of the controller, you must restore the +24V-supply
voltage at the relay.

Reset
: If the message cannot be reset, it is very likely, that the reason for the error is still there.
