OMMISSIONING
The commissioning is divided into the following steps:

check installation

check safety devices

check operating and display elements
Further information about these steps will be given in the following sections.
7.1
Requirements the executing personnel must meet
Qualified personnel are persons who have been authorized by the plant manager to carry
out the activities required, who are able to recognize possible dangers and to avoid them.
They must have the skills, experience, instruction and knowledge of the operational con-
ditions and the respective standards, regulations and rules to detect and avoid accidents.
Examples of the qualifications to work with this appliance are:

education, training or authorization to commission, ground and mark appliances ac-
cording to safety technology standards.
m
education or training in maintenance and use according of adequate safety equipment
to safety technology standards.
