Typical Directional Sensitivity of Sensor 

Baumer recommends  limiting intrusion of objects, into 

a rotational cone of approx. 60…70° 

from the  lens  for  very  weakly reflecting  targets.  Integration  testing must  be  done  to  ensure 

that the integration with available free space does not have impact on the measurement.
