The purpose of this instruction sheet is to assist you in operating your 25 gallon DC Cart. Please read it carefully as it furnishes 
information that will help you achieve trouble-free operation.

GENERAL INFORMATION

WARRANTY / PARTS / SERVICE

Your authorized dealer is the best source of replacement parts and service.  To obtain prompt, efficient service, always remember 
to give the following information: 

1.  Correct part number and description
2.  Serial number of your cart

Serial numbers can be found on the pump.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1.  Corrosion resistant polyethylene tank
2.  Tubular steel powder coated frame
3.  15-foot hose
4.  Heavy duty industrial casters
5.  Built-in battery charger maintainer

ASSEMBLY

1.  The cart is partially assembled from the factory.  The only assembly necessary is to attach the handle bar and hook up the 

wiring to the 24 DCM battery (not included) and the supplied charger.

2.  The red wire of the two-wire set coming from the pump and the red wire from the charger must be connected to the positive 

post on the battery.

3.  The black wire of the two-wire set coming from the pump and the black wire from the charger must be connected to the 

negative post of the battery.

4.  The handle bar fits into the brackets between the battery box and the tank.  With the handle pointing to the rear of the cart, 

fasten it in place with the supplied bolts.

OPERATION

The pump on the cart is equipped with an “on-off” switch and a built in pressure switch that is factory set.

1.  Connect the direct fill link (included) to the quick connect on the battery side and turn the pump switch on.
2.  Open the valve on the filling link. As water flows you will see the flow indicator move. 

When the battery is full, the pump 

will automatically shut off and the flow indicator will stop moving.

3.  For manual filling, disconnect the direct fill link from the hose and replace with our manual fill gun (GMAN1) or order 

NC5250PNMAN (25 gallon) and proceed.

4.  To charge the battery, simply keep the unit plugged into a 110 volt power supply when the cart is not in use.
