Instructions for Use 

 

Please read and retain these instructions for future reference

Turn the knob to 200- 240 C, or adjust as needed . The indicator light will go on. 

 

To retain heat and moisture during cooking, it is best not to lift the lid. 

 

When steaming is complete, carefully remove the hot stackable steam rack. 

 

Always turn to" OFF" and unplug when cooking finished. 

 

Stir-fry, Fry & Roast : 

 

Place the desired food (depending on recipe instructions) into the non-stick heating pan. 

 

Turn the knob to 180-220 C, or adjust as needed . 

 

The indicator light will go on. 

 

When finished, check food to see if it is cooked through. 

 

Always turn to" OFF" and unplug when cooking finished. 

 

GRILL 

 

Turn the knob to 220-240 ·c, or adjust as needed . The indicator light will go on. 

 

Add a small amount of cooking oil, butter or margarine to the non-stick heating pan. 

 

When Grilling is complete, remove the food. 

 

Always turn to" OFF" and unplug when cooking finished. 

 
SHALLOW FRY 

 

Turn the knob to 180 - 220 "C, or adjust as needed . The indicator light will go on. 

 

Add a small amount of cooking oil, butter or margarine to the non-stick heating pan. 

 

When Scallop is complete, remove the food. 

 

Always turn to" OFF" and unplug when cooking finished. 

 

Casserole 

 

Put the desired food into the non- stick heating pan 

 

Turn the knob to 120-240 "C, or adjust as needed " The indicator light will go on  

 

Always turn to" OFF" and unplug when cooking finished. 

 

Deep Fry 

 

Pour oil into the non-stick heating pan up to the fill-line; 

NEVER go over the fill line.

 

 

Turn the knob to 18 0 - 220"C, or adjust as needed. 

 

The indicator light will go on. 

 

Place food in basket and lower into the oil. Fill the basket no more than indicated fill-line in the basket. 

 

Place food on dry paper towel. 

 

Always turn to" OFF" and unplug when cooking finished. 

 
 

CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: 
Never submerge the power base in water or any other liquid, or place in a dishwasher. 
 

 

The lid and non-stick heating pan are dishwasher safe. Always allow your multi cooker to cool before 
cleaning.
