Control Settings 

 

CONTROL SETTINGS 

Control knob cycles through adjustable temperature/ 
functions, reference temperature for functions as below 
[reference only, may have to be adjusted lower or higher 
temperature as needed): 
Keep warm [Fondue): 80-100 °C 
Boil 220-240 °C   

Fry: 180-220 °C 

Stir fry 180-220 °C  

Grill: 220-240 °C 

Hot pot: 120-240 °C  

Steam: 200-240 °C 

Slow cook [braise): 120- 140 °C  
Deep fry & Scallop: 180-220 °C 
Cooking temperature range: 80 °C-230 °C 
RATING: 1500W,220V- 240V,50-60Hz

COOKING 

 

During cooking, the indicator light goes on and off. It only stays lit when the appliance is heating to reach 
or maintain the correct temperature. 

Always remember to turn off the appliance when finished. 

 

Keep warm (Fondue) 

 

Place the desired liquid or food directly into the non-stick heating pan and close the lid. 

 

Turn the knob to 80- 100 C:, or adjust as needed. The indicator light will go on. 

 

Slow Cook (Braise) 

 

Place the desired liquid or food (depending on recipe instructions) directly into the non-stick heating pan 
and close the lid. 

 

Turn the knob to 120- 140 C:, or adjust as needed . The indicator light will go on. 

 

To retain heat and moisture during cooking, it is best not to lift the lid. Always make sure there is 
sufficient liquid to cover the food. 

 

Always turn to" OFF" and unplug when cooking finished. 

 

BOIL 

 

Turn the knob to 220-240 C:, or adjust as needed . The indicator light will go on. 

 

Place the desired liquid or food directly into the non-stick heating pan and close the lid. 

 

When Boil is complete, remove the food. 

 

Always turn to" OFF" and unplug when cooking finished. 

 

STEAM 

 

Use the stackable steam rack for steaming. 

 

Place the stackable steam rack on the non-stick heating pan. 

 

Add 2 cups of water (keep the water level below the rack) and close the lid.
