a) Product assembly
First unpack the product carefully and assemble the three component parts.
First put together (B1) the middle part (A2) and the handle part (A3).
• Please mount the 2 hooks (B2) at the bottom side of the middle part (A2) in the handle part
(A3) and lift the middle part (A2) upwards until the engagement device (B3) locks into place
in the handle part (A3).
• To detach the two parts again, just press the two release buttons (B4) on both sides of the
middle part (A2) and pull the parts apart.
Now insert (C1) the vacuum nozzle (A1) into the middle part (A2).
• Slide it into the opening of the middle part (A2) so that it clicks into place.
• To remove the vacuum nozzle (A1) later again, press the release button (C2) on the bottom
side of the nozzle and just pull it out.
b) Charging the product
Fully charge the built-in rechargeable battery before you start using the product. This takes
approx. 3 hours.
To charge the product, proceed as follows.
• Connect the provided power adapter to the charging jack (D1) of the socket of the window
vacuum cleaner. Plug the power adapter into a mains socket.
• A beep will sound and charging process will immediately start. In the meantime, the red LED
will flash near the charging jack (D1) once per second.
• After the product is fully charged, 3 beeps will sound and the red LED will turn off.
The battery slowly discharges if the red LED flashes twice per second.
If the window vacuum cleaner turns off, 5 beeps can be heard and the red LED fla-
shes for 1 minute every 0.5 seconds, it means that the battery is completely empty.
The charged battery lasts for about 35 minutes of operation.
c) Operation
• Before operating the product, make sure that the water tank is closed. The rubber plug (E1)
must be inserted in the opening of the water tank.
• To switch on the product, slide the switch (D2) towards the vacuum nozzle (A1).
• Just move the product over the water you want to vacuum up. Apply a little pressure until any
streaks disappear from the surface.
If you want e.g. to clean a window, spray on it first. Alternatively, you can use a wet
cloth. The latter is advisable if the window is heavily soiled. Once the entire window
is wet, squeegee it with the vacuum cleaner and thus vacuum up the water.
d) Empty the water tank
The maximum permitted water level in the tank is marked by a line in the sight glass of the tank.
The water level may not rise above this line. Empty the tank beforehand. For correct indication,
the windows vacuum cleaner must stand upright with vacuum nozzle pointing upwards.
• If you have not already done so, switch off the window vacuum cleaner.
• Open the rubber plug (E1) simply by pulling it out of the tank opening.
• Discard the water e.g. to a sink or toilet bowl.
• Close the water tank again.
Empty the water tank after each use. Likewise, if the battery is flat and needs to be
recharged, empty the tank first.
Care and Cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the mains supply before each cleaning procedure (pull the
power adapter from the mains socket).
• For cleaning, disassemble the product to 3 parts. Clean the vacuum nozzle (A1) and middle
part (A2) with lukewarm flowing tap water. Clean the handle part with a damp lint-free cloth.
• Never use abrasive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions, since
these could damage the housing or even impair operation.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable material and do not belong in the household waste.
Once the product becomes unusable, dispose of it in accordance with the relevant
statutory regulations.
