Start by removing all air in the hose and spray gun. Hose the spray gun in a container
filled with water (e.g. the water tank that you just filled).
Pull the trigger (9). Wait until there are no more air bubbles in the water and there is a
steady flow of water from the spray gun. This will help to maximise the pressure and
ensure an even flow of water.
Air may be sucked into the appliance during use (e.g. when filling the tank). When filling
the tank (4), always follow the steps below to remove any excess air:
•
Insert the open end of the hose without the spray gun into the filled water tank.
• Switch on the wash station and leave it on for 30 seconds or until there is a steady
flow of water from the hose without air bubbles.
Leave your vehicle motor running when using the wash station to avoid draining the battery.
9. Operation
Switching on the wash station
Always remove the power cable (17) from the cigarette lighter socket when your vehicle motor is not
running. Leaving the power cable plugged in for prolonged periods when the motor is not running may drain
or damage your vehicle's battery.
• Place the appliance on a level surface to prevent it from tipping over and causing injury or damage. Lock the
wheels (18) in place using the wheel lock (19).
• Insert the power cable and the cigarette lighter plug (8) into the socket on your vehicle's cigarette lighter.
• Turn the appliance on by moving the on/off switch (1) to the
ON
position. You may need to turn on the ignition to use
the cigarette lighter. Read the owner's manual for more information.
10. Using the wash station
Please note that diagrams accompanied by written instructions also apply to other accessories. For
example, the instructions for the trigger are the same regardless of which attachment is used.
