6.2 Cleaning
o
Clean the device regularly.
o
Take out the grid and wash them off using a soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
o
Clean the inside and outside of the mini-refrigerator by using warm water, a soft
cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
o
Use clear water for wiping over.
o
Cleaning the door seal constantly. Use a soft cloth and soup water then wipe it
with dry soft cloth.
CAUTION!
Never use hot water for cleaning the device!
Never use abrasive cleaning agents, e.g. abrasive scouring powder, agents
containing alcohol, thinners, which could damage the plastic parts and/or the
coating.

After the cleaning procedure you should use a soft and dry cloth to wipe dry and
polish the surface.
Defrosting
o
The device must be defrosted if there is a layer of ice thicker than 3 to 4 mm on the
evaporator board.
o
Prior to defrosting, turn the refrigerator off, take the food out and store it in an
alternative place.
o
Leave the door of the device open. The ice thaws automatically and the water flows
into the water receptacle on the rear of the device.
o
Empty the water receptacle.
CAUTION!
Never scratch or scrape on the device. The use of sharp or pointed objects may
severely damage the evaporator of the device.
When the mini-refrigerator is not in use over longer periods:
o
Please pull the power plug from the socket;
o
Remove all foods and beverages from the mini-refrigerator;
o
Clean the inside and outside of the mini-refrigerator. Remove and clean off all water
and mould spots;
o
Leave the door open, so the mini-refrigerator can dry quicker.
