Connect the device to the single grounded socket.
Switch the device on by pressing the white
START
button of the
ON/OFF
switch of
the device (

). An indicator light comes and flashes during the operation of the
device. Leave the device on for
2 - 3 minutes (without cutting any products)
in
order to make sure it operates correctly.
Switch the device off again by pressing
black
STOP
button of the
ON/OFF
switch of the device

Set the slice thickness adjustment (

“0”

Lift the pusher handle (
