Functions of the Appliance 

 

 

During dehydration, food products not only are preserved, but also their shelf life is 
extended. In the case of a non-invasive preservation method, nutrients are perfectly 
preserved and fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, herbs and spices gain completely new
