Important
When tightening the bolts, do so in the correct
tightening sequence (diagonally opposite).
Install the front tires.
Temporarily tighten the bolts.
Adjust the brakes.
Reference:
"Adjustment of Brake" (Page 6-2)
Rotate the tires by hand to check that the
brakes do not drag.
Remove the jack stand.
Remove the jack.
Tighten all bolts of the front tires to their
specified torque.
Note:
Bolt tightening torque: 67 - 85 N-m (683.20
- 866.75 kgf-cm)
Inspect whether the brake is activated
properly and then drive the machine.

Inspection of Brake
While traveling, depress the brake pedal
firmly to make sure that the brake is applied
effectively.
Exploded View
The brake is mounted to the front wheels and
two calipers (top and bottom) are attached to
each disc rotor.
Brake caliper (CW)
This is mounted to the bottom side of the
right front wheel and to the top side of the
left front wheel.
Only parts #2, 3, 4, and 5 can be
supplied as the pad kit.
