Seat Switch
The seat switch is located right underneath the
seat, and is a switch that detects when a
person is sitting in the driver's seat.
It operates in coordination with the off delay
timer, and is linked to the engine stop/start.
Inspection of Seat Switch
Use a circuit tester to measure the continuity
of the seat switch to determine if it is good or
faulty.
Check that it is in the following condition.
Seated (ON): continuity between terminals
Empty (OFF): no continuity between
terminals ･

Rocker Switch
The rocker switch is located in the operation
panel and under the seat, and is used for the
following switches.
Traveling/working selector switch
Switch for changing modes when traveling
and working.
In traveling mode, when operating the up/
down lever, all mower units are moved up to
their highest position, and the mower units
cannot be lowered.
In working mode, when operating the up/
down lever, #4, #5 mower units stop in an
intermediate position when moving up, and
the mower units can be lowered.
This is also related to the reel rotation circuit.
Reel rotation switch
Switch for rotating and stopping the reel
cutter.
Lowering the mower unit with the reel
rotation switch in "Rotation" and the
traveling/working selector switch in
"Working" while the engine operating will
rotate the reel cutter.
This is also related to the engine stop/start
