Confirming Operation of Interlock System
According to the interlock system operation
requirements, check the operation
requirement items (driver's seat, parking
brake, traveling pedal, reel reverse switch,
reel rotation switch, and mower proximity
switch #2) one by one to make sure that the
interlock system is activated.
Adjustment
Proximity Switch
The proximity switch uses a NO (+) switch.
Note:
Rotation and stopping of the reel cutter during
work operates in coordination with the mower
unit up/down detection proximity switch
attached to the fulcrum part of #2 mower arm.
Engine starting operates in coordination with
the traveling pedal neutral detection proximity
switch attached to the frame and traveling relay
lever.
Proximity Switch (For Reel Cutter Rotation Stop)
The proximity switch (for reel cutter rotation
stop) detects the position of the #2 mower unit
lift arm.
This signal turns off the reel cutter rotation
signal and stop the reel cutter rotating.
Adjust the switch so that it operates when
outer end of bed knife cutting edge of the #2
mower unit is at the desired height 400 mm
(15.75 in) or less above the ground.
