Inspection of Control Output
Caution
Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
Connect the battery (+) to the connector
terminal (brown/+), and the battery (-) to the
connector terminal (blue/-).
It is normal if there is conduction between
the connector terminal 2 and 3 when the
object to be detected is close to the
proximity sensor, and there is no
conduction between the connector terminal
2 and 3 when the object is away from the
proximity sensor.

Inspection of Output Voltage
Caution

Follow the steps below to connect the
battery and voltmeter.
Connect the battery (+) to the connector
terminal (brown/+), and the battery (-) to
the connector terminal (blue/-).
Connect the voltmeter (+) to the
connector terminal (black/output) and the
voltmeter (-) to the connector terminal
(blue/-).

It is normal if the voltage between the
connector terminals 2 and 3 is 0 V when the
object to be detected is close to the
proximity sensor, and the voltage between
the connector terminals 2 and 3 is battery
voltage (12 V) when the object is away from
the proximity sensor.

Terminal Relay
The terminal relay controls the working positions
at the time of normal rotation/reverse rotation of
the reel cutter, 2WD/4WD changeover, up/down
motions of all mower units, and operations of
mower units #4 and #5.
The operating condition can be determined by
checking the illumination of the LEDs.
Two terminal relays of four circuits each are
used.
