Caution
Before starting pressure measurement, make
sure that there is no people around the
machine.
Stop the engine, and set the parking brake.
Open the hood.
Remove the screw cap located at the
pressure measurement port of the solenoid.

Attach the high pressure gauge on the
pressure measuring port.

Install the screw caps to the hydraulic hose
and hydraulic motor connected to the
solenoid.

Make sure that the parking brake is applied.
Start the engine, and rev it up to the
maximum rpm.
The normal pressure is 10.3 MPa (1498.65
psi).
General inspection and repair
Note
Before inspection and repair
Move the machine to level surface.
Apply the parking brake, and then lower the
operating machine.
Stop the engine, and then remove the key.
Clean the machine.
Be sure to clean parts such as the piping,
hoses, and hydraulic fittings.
Remember that cleaning is always
necessary upon inspection and repair of
hydraulic systems.
