Revision 2.0 (05/10/07)

1.

Locate a position for the timer, transmitter and solenoid (keep these in a dry location).

2.

Using a cigar cutter or new razor blade, cut and splice-in the new airline splitter and length of hose,
then attach to solenoid. Be sure to leave room for the line to reach your dump valve (included with the
Air Ride system).

3.

Attach one wire from the solenoid to chassis ground. The other wire from the solenoid goes to the
white wire on the receiver.

4.

Attach 2 black wires from the receiver to chassis ground.

5.

Attach black and yellow wires from relay to chassis ground.

6.

Attach green wire on receiver to white on the relay.

7.

Blue wire from the relay should be attached to both manual switch and black wire that goes to the
compressor.

8.

Remaining black wire on manual switch should go to chassis ground.

9.

Attach red wire on receiver and orange wire on compressor to battery positive (+).

10.

Adjust dump speed by turning brass nut/screw in on solenoid to slow the dump or turn out to speed it
up.

Wire not used: Blue on Receiver

Left button on keyfob will raise bike to desired cycle time (6 or 15 seconds). Right button on keyfob is
momentary dump.
