CHAPTER 2: RATINGS 

 

1.  SUPPLY VOLTAGES 

A.  The Test Set may be powered from either 100 to 120 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz, 400 VA, or from 

200 to 240 VAC at 50 or 60 Hz, 400 VA. 

 

2.  CONNECTION DESCRIPTION  

A.  Power Entry 

– the power entry module pictured in Figure 4 is a connector Style IEC 320-

C14 module with an ON/OFF Switch and equipped with an internal fuse holder.

B.  The Tester must be connected to the correct electrical power supply as stated beneath the 

power connector. 

CAUTION:

  THE SUPPLY MUST PROVIDE CONNECTION TO A PROTECTIBE 

GROUND TERMINAL. THE TEST SET MUST ALWAYS BE CONNECTED 
TO THE SUPPLY GROUND.
