Type: The type of variable can be float , int , or bool .
Default Value: The default value of the variable.
Range: Enter the values received in the text boxes and select
to what they are remapped with the slider.
Can Trigger Parent Event: Select or deselect to determine whether or not the
value change can trigger the parent event.
Timeline properties
You can show the properties of a Timeline either by clicking on the Timeline tab in the
Timeline pane, or by selecting the Timeline in the Timelines pane.

Name:
Displays the name of a Timeline.
The Timeline can be renamed, and any action paramet-
er using this timeline (for example, the Play Timeline
action) is also updated.
Duration: Displays the duration of a Timeline.
Extend the duration of a Timeline, in case you need
to fit more media inside it. The default value is five
minutes.
FPS: Displays and allows you to change the number of
frames per second (fps)for the Timeline. You may
choose from among 25, 30, 50, and 60 fps.
Note that changing FPS may affect the positioning of
existing elements inside the Timeline. It is recommen-
ded you set the FPS before populating the Timeline.
