Installation of the standard trim

Step 50

XGA/SXGA+ systems (4:3):

The drawing at the right provides an overview about
the trim components and their position.

Please note:

The horizontal components of the standard trim are
not symmetrical: parts applied on the top of the
display wall cannot be used on the bottom.

The components required for any configurations are
the same:

Top horizontal trim, R858236, l=1600mm

Bottom horizontal trim, R858237, l=1600mm

Vertical (side) trim, R858231, l=1200mm

4x corner joints R858240 to combine the horizontal
and vertical trim components and to compensate for
"missing" length (width) of the horizontal (vertical)
arrangement of trims.

Step 51

Apply the standard trim components to the horizontal
and vertical borders of the display wall.

At the corner, the horizontal trim and the vertical
trim is connected via the corner joint R858240 and 4
screws B362666 M6x10.

Adjacent horizontal trims or adjacent vertical trims,
respectively, are connected via the straight
connection R824241 and 4 screws B362666 M6x7.

The trims are mounted using the spacers B363379
and the screws M6x29 (B363372), per vertical trim
2x, per horizontal trim 4x.
