8.6 Optical relay
Description of the optical relay
The optical relay is a set of lenses that is used to size the light beam. It is part of the optical path and is fi xed to the projector’s frame,
right in front of the light pipe.

How to remove the optical relay?
1. Remove the covers (see concerning chapters):
- rear cover
- top cover
- engine fan cover 1
2. Remove the engine controller frame assembly (see concerning chapter)
3. Remove the back screw fi xing the optical relay
Note: Make sure not to drop the washer!
