User groups and limitations
All users belong to one of the following user groups:
Groups Description
Administrator
• Unlimited access to all application panels (projector control and
settings, media server settings and automations).
• Has access to all diagnostics and maintenance panels.
• Can dynamically add/remove users and change the password for other
users.
Service Technician
• Service Tech level users can manage Show Managers level user
• Has access to the projector control and settings panels and to all
media panels.
• Has access to diagnostics and maintenance panels except for software
updates.
Show Manager
• Can only access the projector control panels to start or stop a show
Following rule is relevant:
• Users cannot delete or promote, demote themselves.
Default users
When first accessing your projector, the following default users are pre-configured in the system.

Show Manager show Show1234
For security reasons, it is recommended to change the users and/or passwords as soon as
possible.
User management
All user management (adding or removing a user, change settings, etc) is done in Configuration > System
access > Manage users panel (see “ User management ” , page 262).
Changing the password of the current user is also possible through the account settings menu. For more
details, please refer to section
“ Modifying account settings (password) ” , page 49.

About open source components
The software contains software components released under an Open Source License. Third party
components used are listed here below.
How to display the list of open source components
1. Click on user icon (reference 1).
Menu is displayed.
