Fan speed too low due to
wiring issue.
Check/reseat the wire connections on the fan interconnection board.
Fan speed too low due to fan
damage.
Remove the Light Source from the projector and do the following:
1.
Remove the fan from the Light Source assembly and check if this
numbered fan is not blocked.
2.
If not blocked, replace the fan.
