Code 20135: “ LCB – Turn-on PFC LDM 1 – 6 failed ”
Situation Solution
Cable or conn36 V
shorted. Check / reseat the cable between LDM 1 – 6 and LCB connector J601.
Def36 V module Replace the +36V module in the LDM (LDM slot 6). See service procedure
“ Replacing a Laser Drive Module ” , page 56.
Defective LCB Replace the Laser Control Board (LCB). See service procedure “ Replacing
the Laser Control Board (LCB) ” , page 64.
Code 20136: “ LCB – Turn-on PFC LDM 1 – 7 failed ”
Situation Solution
PFC (+380 VM / VMA) could
not be switched on during the
startup process of the
projector. Replace the +24 V module in the LDM (LDM slot 1 – 7). See procedure
“ Replacing a Laser Drive Module ” , page 56.
Code 20137: “ LCB – LDM power configuration mismatch ”
Situation Solution
Difference in firmware version. Upgrade the software to the latest version. See procedure “ Software
update via Communicator (DC update companion) ” , page 249.
The LDM did not switch on or
not all power parts are
detected. Check if the +36 V and +24 V modules are in their correct slot (1 – 6 and 1 –
7 respectively). Correct their positions if necessary. See procedure
“ Replacing a Laser Drive Module ” , page 56.
See
Bad wiring connection Check / reseat the cables between the LDM2 and the LCB.
Code 20142: “ LCM 1 – Fan 1 speed too low ”
Situation Solution
Fan speed too low due to
wiring issue. Check/reseat the wire connections on the fan interconnection board.
Fan speed too low due to fan
damage. Remove the Light Source from the projector and do the following:
1. Remove the fan from the Light Source assembly and check if this
numbered fan is not blocked.
2. If not blocked, replace the fan.
For removing the Light Source, see service procedures in “ Laser Phosphor
Light Source ” , page 59. For removing and replacing the fan, see
procedure “ Replacing a fan from the Light Source ” , page 75.
Defective Cooler Control
Board. 1. Replace the Light Source Fan Interconnection board. See procedure
“ Replacing the Light Source Fan Interconnection Board ” , page 72.
2. If problem persists, replace the entire Light Source. See procedure
“ Laser Phosphor Light Source ” , page 59.
Code 20146: “ LCM 1 – Fan 2 speed too low ”
For this error the same troubleshooting table can be applied to as for code 20142 : “ LCM1 – Fan 1 speed too
low ” .
