Alarms:
This will display the list of Alarms on the Bandura Cyber TIG that have not been
acknowledged or closed. This can be used to determine why the Bandura Cyber TIG has
entered Maintenance Mode.
6.
Reboot:
This will reboot the Bandura Cyber TIG.
7.
Logout:
This will log the user out of the Maintenance Mode Console.
The user will use the following keys to navigate through the log viewer:
B:
move to the beginning of the message log
E:
move to the end of the message log
P:
move to the previous page of the log records in the message log
N:
move to the next page of the log records in the message log
U:
move up one log record in the message log
D:
move down one log record in the message logs
Q:
quit the message log viewer
4.2 Recovery Console
Operational problems may make your Bandura Cyber TIG inaccessible and require the use of
the Recovery
Console
to restore your Bandura Cyber TIG. The
Recovery Console
is a
low-level control program which can restore
factory-default
firmware. It also be used to prepare
the Bandura Cyber TIG for shipment by wiping the log files from the disk.
To use the Recovery Console, you have to access the console interface ports on the Bandura
Cyber TIG. You can either connect a monitor and keyboard, or communicate using an
RS-232-C serial connection. To use a monitor and keyboard:
● Connect a standard monitor to any VGA monitor port on the Bandura Cyber TIG.
● Connect a keyboard to any USB or PS/2 keyboard port on the Bandura Cyber TIG
You can also connect to the RS-232-C serial port using a text terminal or terminal emulation
program. The port settings are:
● Baud: 38400
● Data Bits: 8
● Parity: None
● Stop Bits: 1
Reboot or power cycle the Bandura Cyber TIG to view the following menu:
