Click the Import button, and after the file loads, the Bandura Cyber TIG will automatically reboot.
The new configuration will be active after the Bandura Cyber TIG restarts.
Before importing a configuration file, please keep these things in mind:
● Have you changed your administrative password since you last saved your
configuration? Importing a configuration will reset the passwords to their values at the
time of the configuration file export.
● Have you changed the network settings of the Bandura Cyber TIG since the last export?
After an import, the Bandura Cyber TIG will use the old network settings.
3.11 Logout
Click the
Logout
menu item will immediately disconnect you from the Bandura Cyber TIG,
without prompting you for verification
.
4 Consoles
4.1 Maintenance Mode Console
Configuration and operational problems may require the use of the Maintenance
Mode Console
.
The administrator will use the Maintenance Mode Console when the Bandura Cyber TIG has
entered Maintenance Mode. The Maintenance Mode Console is a menu-driven interface that
requires special authentication to enter. The Maintenance Mode Console is a low-level control
program which can restore factory-default settings, including the self-signed Public Key
Certificate, administrator account, the web server, and log files. After you use the Maintenance
Mode Console, you may have to go through various set-up procedures, as seen in the following
sections of this manual:
● Initial configuration
● Accounts
● Network Admin Interface
● HTTP Settings
To use the Maintenance Mode Console, you have to access the console interface ports on the
Bandura Cyber TIG. You can either connect a monitor and keyboard, or communicate using an
RS-232-C serial connection. To use a monitor and keyboard:
● Connect a standard monitor to any VGA monitor port on the Bandura Cyber TIG.
● Connect a keyboard to any USB or PS/2 keyboard port on the Bandura Cyber TIG.
You can also connect to the RS-232-C serial port using a text terminal or terminal emulation
program. The port settings are:
