The
View Commands
screen offers a flexible report of commands issued by the Bandura
Cyber TIG administrators. Results can be filtered by:
● Date/Time
● Starting Line
● User ID
● Command Type
● Command Name
● Count
3.10.2 Reboot
This menu option is used to shut down and immediately restart the Bandura Cyber TIG. A
Bandura Cyber TIG reboot takes approximately two minutes.
THE Bandura Cyber TIG WILL BE IN BYPASS MODE DURING REBOOT AND WILL NOT
FILTER PACKETS
3.10.3 Shutdown
This menu option turns of the Bandura Cyber TIG. This will shutdown the Bandura Cyber TIG in
a controlled manner, which is preferable to using the power switch on the front of the device.
THE Bandura Cyber TIG WILL BE IN BYPASS MODE WHILE TURNED OFF AND WILL NOT
FILTER PACKETS
Press the power switch on the front of the device to turn the Bandura Cyber TIG back on. If you
do not have physical access to the Bandura Cyber TIG, please consider rebooting instead of
shutting down the device.
3.10.4 Self-Test
The Bandura Cyber TIG runs periodic
Self-Tests
. This menu option allows you to force an
immediate Self-Test, or change the Self-Test interval.
If the Bandura Cyber TIG fails a Self-Test, it will immediately enter
System Maintenance Mode
.
You will only be able to access the Bandura Cyber TIG through its console ports.
3.10.5 Maintenance Mode
System Maintenance Mode
is used for restoring some factory default settings on the Bandura
Cyber TIG, and may be needed to correct misconfiguration.
