2.5.8 USB ports
The APC910 features a USB 3.0 (Universal Serial Bus) host controller with multiple USB ports, four of which are
accessible externally for easy user access. The 4 USB ports (USB1-4) on the top are USB 3.0 ports. The USB
port on the front (USB5) is a USB 2.0 port.
Warning!
Peripheral USB devices can be connected to the USB interfaces. Due to the vast number of USB devices
available on the market, B&R cannot guarantee their performance. B&R does ensure the performance
of all USB devices that they provide.
Caution!
Because this interface is designed according to general PC specifications, extreme care should be
exercised with regard to EMC, cable routing, etc.
