2.1.9 Power button
Due to the complete ATX power supply support, the power button serves a number of functions,
which can be configured in BIOS setup.
2.1.10 Reset button
Power button
The power button can be pressed with a pointed object (i.e.
paper clip or tip of a pen).
The power button acts like the on/off switch on a normal
desktop PC with ATX power supply:
press and release
... turn on or shut down operating system.
press and hold
... ATX power supply switches off without
shutting down the Power Panel (
data could be lost!
).
Pressing the power button does not reset the MTCX
processor.

Reset button
The reset button can be pressed with a pointed object (i.e.
paper clip or tip of a pen).
Pushing the reset button results in a hardware-reset. The
Power Panel restarts.
The MTCX processor is not reset when the reset button is
pressed.
