2.0 assembly
2.1 vertical tracks
a) All the Vertical Straight tracks

are cut to length in factory.
Confirm the measurement matches calculation in 1.4.2.
b) Affix the small angle jamb brackets G and short top track
angle

to the straight track

using 6 x 1 /
4
flat head bolts
and wiz nuts, noting the distance required from the wall to
the track as shown in Fig 2.1.1. Further adjustment may be
required, depending on type of structure.
c) Connect the horizontal bracket F
to the short top track angle

using a

domed head bolts and wiz nut in top corner of
the “V”.
NOTE : The small angle jamb brackets and the short top track

2.2 bottom panel
a) Open up the pack of door panels, making sure the bottom panel (weather strip seal on the bottom of the panel
and bottom hinge hole) is on top of the pack. Start with the bottom panel.
NOTE:
Refer to appendix if installing a taper or rear torsion system as this requires a different hanger.

Do not unwind lifting cable until specified
to do so.
b) For single end stile doors;
Place the axles plate
hanger R onto the bottom hanger S
and
secure onto the bottom panel as shown in Fig
2.2.1a using six (6) tek screws. NOTE: Bottom
panel bracket Y
needed only on some doors.
For double end stile large doors:
Place the bottom
HD hanger S
and secure onto the bottom panel as
shown in Fig 2.2.1 using nine (9) tek screws.

e) To attach hinge

to the top of the panel, align the
edges of the hinge with the vertical grooves in every
door stile. Position the hinge as shown and affix with
(2) tek screws (Fig 2.2.1b).

Ensuring the hinges are horizontally aligned across the panel will
provide a smoother door operation.

f) Before placing 2 end hinges Q at either end of the panel, remove the 2 axle plates ii and screws from each hinge. Slide
in wheel axle M through the axle spacer W and onto the axle plates ii
for each end and put aside for later (Fig 2.2.1c).
g) The fixings must align with the vertical grooves in the stile then, secure both end hinges Q with eight (8) tek screws as
shown in Fig 2.2.1d. NOTE: Once the panel is in place the hinged hangers Q can be adjusted if needed to ensure the
panels are parallel to the opening.
