3.5  install top panel

NOTE: 

Refer to appendix if installing a rear torsion systems as 

installation of top panel may be different.

a)  Before adding the top panel fit a temporary spacer on 

top of last panel, 1-2mm thick, at each panel joint to give 

clearance between each panel in order to decrease 

paint rub. Rest the top panel into position.

b)  Thread the wheel axle

 down the horizontal track 

and slide the end hinges

 onto the wheel axle 

 

(fig 3.5.1a standard, 3.5.1b for BTRK).

c)  Secure end hinges, using installation tool with tek screws 

as shown in both top corners of the panel and adjust 

hinge to wheel height if necessary.

d)  Attach top panel to panel below via the hinges on 

previous panel.

TWO PERSON LIFT:

 depending on the size of the 

door, this process may require two persons to lift 
into place.
