Running Lights
Check daily to make sure the running lights are properly placed in their extended position ( Figure 27 ) This will ensure the
lights are visible to the front and back
Grain Cart Weigh System
Your Balzer Grain Cart comes equipped with a digital weighing system This system consists of six independent load cells, a
scale indicator, and a host indicator (
Figure 28 )
The front panels of the scale indicator and the host indicator are identical The difference is in the connections located on the
bottom of each unit (
Figure 29 ) Each load cell is numbered and that number corresponds to the cable number and the input
number on the scale indicator The six load cells are placed between the frame and the grain bin and are located as shown in
Figure 30
The scale indicator is located on right side of the grain cart in a steel enclosure to protect it The host indicator is to be placed
inside the tractor cab so the operator can monitor the system
The scale is preset at the factory to display the weight in 10 lb/5 kg increments
