1.2.6 Character encoding
General remarks
Strings, provided during the configuration of the BVS ID sensor, must be given in their UTF-8 encoding,
respectively. Note, that t
he first 128 characters of the Unicode character set are equivalent to ASCII, that is, an
ASCII encoded text and its UTF-8 encoding provide the same binary representation. If the user-defined string
consists of ASCII values smaller than 128 only, these strings are automatically UTF-8 encoded by definition.
1.2.7 Representation of UTF-8 encoded strings
Characters transmitted in their UTF-8 encoding are set in apostrophes (e.g. 'L').
