BEFORE STARTING: If your Allegro has a serial number less than

36395, your Reformer frame will be different than the images

included here. Please follow these steps:

»

Follow step one as shown in standard instructions .

»

Support the Reformer frame in the middle so that the foot
end of the frame is off the ground.

»

Your frame will have one screw on each side of the frame
and four on the end holding the foot end extrusion in place.
Remove these screws and then remove the foot end of the
Reformer frame. If you have legs on your Reformer the two
screws for each foot end leg will have to be removed first.

»

Replace the trunnion(s) (See step 5).

»

Re-assemble your frame, being sure to replace all of the parts
where they came from.

FOR ALLEGRO REFORMERS WITH SERIAL #

ABOVE 36395

1.  Using the included tools, remove the twist lock plunger and

the shoulder bolt and washer from each side of the footbar.
See Figure A. When you remove the second shoulder bolt
the footbar will be free to drop, so have a firm grasp on the
footbar. With each hand, squeeze the footbar plunger levers
and lift the footbar off the trunnions. Set all the parts you
removed aside to be re-installed later.

2.  Remove the transport wheel brackets and wheels by removing

the single screw on each bracket. See Figure B. Set the screws
and washers aside to be re-installed later.
