12.6 Procedures (CH1): Frequency (Measure or Source)
Only do one frequency calibration, use either the measure function or the source function.
12.6.1 Frequency Calibration (Measure Function)
Do the procedure as follows:
1. Connect the applicable calibration equipment. Refer to Table
2. Let the equipment get to a stable temperature (minimum: 5
minutes since the last power on).
3. Set up the equipment as follows:
a. Signal generator:
•
Output = 10
V
•
Unipolar
•
Square wave
•
Frequency = 990
Hz
b. DPI
620 Genii:
•
Input units = Hz
•
Input trigger level = 5
V
