SHEAR OPERATING PROCEDURE
Start Machine Power
1. Turn the main disconnect clockwise to the ON
position (

).
2. The POWER lamp (

) will be illuminated.
Start Hydraulic Pump Motor
1. Verify that the inlet and outlet valves on the hydraulic
tank are open.
2. Clear the shear table.
3. Turn on the main power to start the machine.
4. Re-set the emergency stop button (
C
).
5. Press the PUMP START button/lamp (

). The
internal lamp will illuminate.
