ASSEMBLY
Mounting Support Structure
While the base (7) is lying on its side, slide the bed frame (11) from the bottom of the base. This
provides for better access when attaching the support structure.
1. Attach the base section angle (5) to the base (7) with two M10 x 35mm hex bolts (8), flat
washers (2), lock washers (3), and nuts (4). Add the two supports (6) with four M10 x 25mm
hex bolts (1), flat washers (2), lock washers (3), and nuts (4). Repeat for the opposite side of
the base. (Tighten all nuts and bolts securely.)
2. Slide the bed frame (11) back down to the bottom of the base before standing the press up.
Now using suitable lifting equipment, safely lift the press to a vertical position. Make sure the
pneumatic cylinder assembly is supported and not hanging by the hoses which could
damage them.
