ASSEMBLY
1. On a clean surface that will not scratch the finish,
lay out two of the side panels (A) an upper panel
(B) and a lower support (C).
2. When installing the fasteners, hand tighten only
until the stand is assembled. Then square the
stand and final tighten all of the fasteners.
3. Place the upper panel (3 holes per end) to the
inside of the side panels.
4. Install (6) M8-1.25 x 16 screws, (12) 8mm flat
washers, and (6) M8-1.25 hex nuts.
5. Attach the lower support (C), as shown, with (4)
M8-1.25 x 16 carriage bolts, (8) 8mm flat washers,
and (4) M8-1.25 hex nuts.
6. Flip the cabinet over and install the upper and
lower supports on the other end of the cabinet.
7. Attach each of the feet (D) to the bottom of the
stand legs using (1) M8-1.25 hex nuts and (1)
8mm flat washers.
8. Place the stand on its feet.
9. Square the stand from corner to corner and final
tighten all of the fasteners.
10. With the help of an assistant, lift the saw up onto
the base assembly and secure with (4) M8-1.25 x
32 bolts, (8) 8mm flat washers, and (4) M8-1.25
hex nuts.
WARNING:
For your own safety, DO NOT connect the machine to the
power source until the machine is completely assembled and you read and
understand the entire instruction manual.
