Bacharach, Inc. war rants to Buy er that at the time of deliv-
ery this Prod uct will be free from defects in ma te ri al and
manufac ture and will con form sub stan tial ly to Bacha rach
Inc.’s applica ble spec i fi ca tions. Ba charach’s li a bil i ty and
Buyer’s remedy un der this warranty are lim it ed to the repair
or replace ment, at Ba charach’s op tion, of this Prod uct or
parts thereof returned to Seller at the factory of manu facture
and shown to Bacharach Inc.’s reason able sat is fac tion to
have been de fec tive; pro vid ed that written notice of the
defect shall have been given by Buyer to Bach arach Inc.
with in one (1) year after the date of delivery of this Product
by Bacharach, Inc. For full details con cern ing this war ran ty,
contact Bacharach Inc.

posed to direct sun light or ex ces sive heat
