• For fine or coloured hair, use the
lower heat settings. For thicker
hair, use the higher heat settings.
• Each indicator light will blink until
the unit has reached the selected
temperature.
CREATING CURLS
• Separate a section of hair. The
smaller the section the more de-
fined the curl. The larger the sec-
tion the looser the curl or wave.
For best results the section should
be no more than 3.5cm wide.
• Holding the small section, place
the hair into the unit at the roots,
ensuring that the side curved
cooling plates are facing towards
the head, and close the plates.
• Turn the unit through 90° so that
the side curved curling plates are
facing upwards.
• It is important that the hair is held
firmly between the heating plates,
for extra control use the easy grip
cool tips at the end of the appli-
ance.
• Slowly glide the unit down the
length of the hair from root to tip
in an outward curved motion so
that by the time the unit reaches
the ends of the hair the curved
cooling plates are now facing
down.
• Release the unit from the hair.
To ensure the curl sits neatly into
place, take the end of the section
