Adjustment
Embroidery center position (embroidery unit)
[Adjustment standard]
In the test mode “23”, when pressing the
button, needle drops in the center of embroidery sheet hole.
[Adjustment procedure]
Checking the embroidery center position
1. Remove the presser foot.
2. Attach the embroidery unit to the machine. (Remove embroidery hoop.)
3. Start the test mode, and then select the “23” (Embroidery Max Position mode).
4. Put the embroidery sheet on the embroidery hoop.
5. Attach the embroidery hoop to the embroidery unit.
6. Press the
button on the screen. (Move the carriage.)
7. Carriage stops, then turn the pulley by hand and check needle drops in the center of embroidery sheet hole.
8. In case fine, remove embroidery hoop and press the
button, and turn the power off.
