Lume-A-Lite™ EXIT SIGNS

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Photoluminescent egress path marking systems are an 
important life safety requirement in current building 
codes. These systems allow for the safe and quick 
evacuation of buildings in the case of an emergency. 
They provide a routing system that is not dependent 
on electrical power that can easily be followed in dark 
and smoke-filled exit pathways.  

Introd Safety 

Please read the complete instructions carefully before beginning any work. To ensure proper 
installation and performance of the product, the following actions must be completed by the 
installing contractor. Failure to do so will affect product warranty. 

Transpor Storage

Inspect all shipments and materials for missing or damaged components and hardware. 

o

 

Material must be stored in a clean, dry location. 

Preparation 

o

 

These signs are for interior use only and are suitable for a temperature range of +50 to 100 
degrees Fahrenheit.  

o

 

These signs are rated for a visibility of 100 feet when activated by a minimum five (5) foot-
candlelight source and can be used in both high-level and low-level applications.
