334 Appendix B

To replace the front panel:

Remove the sliding cover.

Slide the front panel back into the groove.

Tighten the black screws.

Reconnect to the scanner.

To remove the monitor:

Move the monitor base to the top position.

Disconnect the monitor from the scanner.

Disconnect the internal power supply connector and the USB connector for the
circuit in the monitor base.

Remove the sliding cover.

Loosen the two black screws on the back of the scanner under the monitor.

Lift the monitor base carefully out of the groove.

To replace the monitor:

Slide the monitor base into the groove.

Tighten the black screws.

Reconnect to the scanner.
