Copy
You can copy documents associated with a patient to a CD or flash memory device.
Archive
You can archive documents to a PACS or to a CD.
The difference between archiving and copying a document is that when you archive,
the patient archiving database is copied to the storage medium.
Copying Documents
You can copy documents to a CD or a flash memory device. See “Using CDs” on
page 109 and “Using Flash Memory” on page 111.
To copy individual documents or all the documents associated with a specific
examination or patient to a CD or flash memory device:

Click to select the patient, the examination, or the individual documents you
want to copy.

Click Copy CD or Copy Flash. (The one you last used is displayed. When you
point at it, a triangle appears to the right.)

Click the triangle and then click to select the other medium.
The documents are copied to the CD staging area or to the flash memory device.
