To delete all documents associated with an examination:
1
Click to select the examination. To select more than one row, press
[
Ctrl
]
while
you click.

Click Delete in the toolbar below the document browser.

You are asked to confirm that you want to delete the documents.

Click Yes.
The documents associated with the selected examination(s) are deleted.
NOTE:
The examination record itself is never deleted (unless you delete the
patient).
To delete one or more non-archived documents:

Click the images in the document browser to select them.

Click Delete in the toolbar below the document browser.

You are asked to confirm that you want to delete the documents.

Click Yes.
The selected documents are deleted.
Externally Stored Documents
You can also use the document browser to look through documents that you have
copied or archived to a CD or flash memory device.
To view externally stored documents:

Insert a CD into the CD drive or insert a flash memory device into the USB
connector.

Click View History in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. (If the patient
archiving system is password-protected and you are not logged on, this option
is not visible.)

In the window that appears, click the CD/Flash tab.
The External Documents window appears, containing a list of the folders on
the external storage device(s).
