The X-Ring Elite Groups page allows you to select the function and role for each device and
the connected ports.

settings is informational only: Ring ID, Role, Port 1, Port 2

Delete
(click to delete the desired Ring ID).
The Loopback Detection function is used to detect looped links. By sending detection frames
and then checking to see if the frames returned to any port on the device, the function is used
to detect loops.
Global Settings
The Global Settings page allows you to configure the state (enabled or disabled) of the func-
tion, select the interval at which frames are transmitted and the delay before recovery.
