Overview

EtherCAT®is an Ethernet-based real-time fieldbus system proposed and developed by Beckhoff Automation GmbH, 
Germany. Since it is based on Ethernet, general-purpose Ethernet cables can be used to establish a network.

EtherCAT®is a registered trademark and the patented technology is licensed from Beckhoff Automation GmbH,
