3.1.
Connect to devices and configure them
The device(s) is/are displayed in the SMARTPortal, click
connect
in the
Status
column.
The configuration window of the headend or the server opens.
Enter the password and configure the device as usual.
Observe the timeout
3.1.1.
Timeout
Once connected to a device, a 30-minute timeout will start. After this time, the connection is disconnected.
Click on Timeout, the time will be reset to 30 minutes.
3.1.2.
Disconnect
If necessary, disconnect the connection to the device using the
Disconnect
button.

Open the log files of a device
At a device displayed in the SMARTPortal, click
Log File
in the
Log File
column.
The logged events for the device are displayed.
